  • How would Maidana do with "Nacho" in his corner after Marquez retires?

    I made this thread last week but some people said "so his current trainer is really that bad"? No he's not but in the greater scheme of things you always want to get the best available help you can get.

    Obviously he has a problem with taking fighters lightly. Everybody thought he would spark Khan out in 1 round like I did, everybody thought he would spark Morales out real quick as well, and he believed the hype and looked average and beatable in both fights.

    How would he fair the great Nacho in his corner? I think it would do him wonders. Thoughts?

    He's the guy that trains the Marquez sibling's right? I don't think it would hurt. I thought he was a much better fighter then he actually is. I don't think he's the hardcore KO artist everybody made him out to be. Don't doubt he hits hard but don't think he's the one puncher everybody thought.
