He probably could fight Cintron as Cintrons not that big. What in your argument legitimises his JWW belt then though. Cintron barely has more fights above 150 either, no more that are particularly more valuable, had no belt, has no belt, is coming of a loss to a guy that just brutally lost, and lost to Margarito.
