Lewis had a great overhand right. Cooney was vulnerable to right hands.

Cooney had a destructive left hook/uppercut. Lewis was NOT vulnerable to left hooks.

Lewis would bring that right hand over and hurt Cooney rather quickly, and than would bring the right over and under (similar to what Spinks did to Cooney).....and wreck him.
