some years ago in Washington state someone had the same defense. Said to fat to be hung (which is what he chose). So they said fine, lethal injection. Dead. End of story.

i agree. i don't think that we have the right to take a life. it makes us no better than the murderer that we are punishing in my opinion.

The idea of "removing" an innocent person for $20 or because they laughed at you is 10x worse.

You kill a store owner for a few measley bucks (his that he earned) and you need to die.

Ridiculous.... just because I think the death penalty is terrible doesn't mean I think murder is OK.
