you know if u buy 2 ounces of cocaine and sniff for about 2 weeks u might be able to lose 20 or 30 quickly.. lol
but on a serious note.. if u have a basement jump rope for as long as you can if u can do 2 rounds maybe 10 minutes do it.. cut out red meats outta your diet.. eat chicken , tuna, salmon, salads, .. and drinnk nothin but water.. u may be able to cheat with a diet soda but not often. eat cereal and oatmeal , egg whites, one or the other for breakfast..
i try to eat cereal in the morning, i eat some tuna, for lunch , some fruit later, and i eat oatmeal before i go to the gym for the carbs, then when i come back from the gym ill drink a protein shake and an apple and banana.. i go to bed hungry .. if u train hard that wight will come off easy
