As initially reported by ESPN.com, it looks as though Floyd Mayweather Jr. will be making his return to the ring on May 5th of next year inside of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. While there is nothing official as of yet, it does seem that Mayweather and his team are interested in landing a fight against WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao.

About time Roger makes good sense, Floyd style relies heavily on reflexes and speed and 35 is the magic number. What's up with Bob Arum saying the announcement is a "sick joke" but later saying he would set the Pay-Per-View price at $70.00 or more for Mayweather/Pacquiao.

There's always going to be a 'Floyd is too scared to fight this one' or 'Floyd's ducking that one'. There's always going to be something like that rolling off of the tongues of the May Haters. He calling for Pacquiao now. You'll still hear people saying he won't fight Martinez. It's never going to be good enough for the haters. That's why I appreciate the way Floyd portrays himself to the public. He doesn't need to suck up to the same fans that pray for his downfall anyway. Keep doing your thing Money May.

Stop hating on Roger!

Roger, is the real deal as a fighter and trainer. People get upset because he speaks his mind. I would never speak bad about my nephew either and I think it's smart the way he answered the Martinez question also; That's a lawyers way of answering. Martinez is a bit to big plus he has fast hands and good movement so that's not a good fight for Mayweather. I would agree! In fact he don't need him but as for Pac Man, he will eat all his dots and clear every board. His conditioning and two fisted attack are things Mayweather can overcome because of his weak defense and size advantage. Mayweather just need to be in shape and on top of his timing and it's easy!
