    I'm getting central air on payments once I own.


    That's what I have right now in my rental home and it's great.

      Between 150-200 on electricity, and 100-120 on water.

            I'm paying like $40 now after making some changes. It sucks having a lawn that is mandatory to maintain. That's 80% of my cost.

                I'm watering every four days currently. I tried reducing that but it started going brown and I got complaints, even when it seriously wasn't that bad whatsoever and we're in a drought.

                  I live in South Texas where it's been 90 degrees consistently. This month, bill came out to $420. Fairly large 4 bedroom house, 2 baths.

                    You should look into buying some sod. It's not that expensive if you shop around. It looks great and it can save you some dough.
