  • Mayweather thinking he has dominated the sport for 16 years

What the hell is that all about?

The guy never fought the best at 140 or 147, to dominate the sport you have to beat the best, no ifs and no buts

Kostya, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito and Pacman. All guys in floyds weight classes that he avoided for an easy pay day with an easier guy to fight

Hell it took the guy 7 years to find his balls to fight Mosley when he was sure he was too old to win

he's ******ed..he said the same thing on joe buck live but mark wahlberg exposed his ass.....floyd is a braggart..when he says something, you have to take 90% of it as bull****...i got a cousin like that....

It toke Floyd 7 supposed years to fight Mosley(despite Mosley having a "tooth ache") and manny 1 more year after Floyd fought him.

he did fight the best at 140 who were willing to fight him back. cotto turned him down at 140 as did hatton. floyd moved up to 140 for the sole reason to fight kostya, but he got beat by hatton first and retired. watch the timeline and u will realize it is inmpossible for floyd to have avoided kostya, and like mentioned he acctually wanted to fight him real bad and called him out since he was a 130.

margarito was never a top fighter when floyd was at 147. judah was undisputed champ then lost to baldomir, baldomir vacated some belts bcuz of sanctioning fees and thats how tony won a vacant belt. but he was universally considered #3 behind judah and baldomir at that time. margarito didnt get recognized as a top figjhter until after floyd already retired, and when floyd came back tony already been dominated and ktfo by mosley.

i acctually agree with your point though and u can make a case floyd avoided some fighters in his career, stevie johnston, cotto (at 147) and pacquiao. but ppl need to stop adding names to that list that dont make any sense. floyd was never in a position to fight some of these guys and never ducked them but his haters just throw any name in there that they can to discredit him. clottey? lol! thats a new one. and completely absurd.

Manny pac, ww in 2009 November, fighting cotto, clottey margo and mosley

floyd- ww in 2006, fought mostly cherry picked decent fighters at best

Floyd has only dominated the class in avoiding the best fighters

Nah man, its what people do, they use other peoples name to make theirs bigger or their fight bigger (both pac and floyd do it for their current fights)

Floyd had no intention what so ever in fighting a prime kostya, he may have fought him at 147 but never 140, he always looks for an edge to beat someone. Whether he makes them fight above their weight class or waits until they are old or have a lay off

My point is floyd has not even come close to dominating boxing, to do that you have to beat the best which he has not done

I remember the ww rankings 2 years ago being in no order having mosley, cotto, margo and clottey in the top 5, floyd has only defeated 1 of the elite for which he has had 5 years from when he became a ww to do so

the judah fight was the biggest bs of all time, everyone knew he was never an elite fighter, hype more than substance
