hurt my knuckle ?_?

i was shadow boxing "against" my friend for fun,, very light, open fisted, no contact.
accidentally uppercutted into his elbow.
knuckle swelled up for a day and went back to normal size in 2 days.
but the pain is still there after a week, whenever i bend that finger past a certain angle.
WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!!!

actually.. its not even really knuckle. its like between my index knuckle and middle finger knuckle.
near the "web" area between the fingers.
index finger side.

Possibly a fracture, if there is bruising and discoloration it may be a bone bruise.

Only an X-ray can really tell, if it's a fracture it'll probably heal within a month but you should still get it checked out.

Hurted Knuckle during shadowing

take it a lesson for future and if pain is continuous then better to consult a physician but if it hurts randomly then you the Knuckle Pads Hand Wraps Gloves with other supportive bandage and avoid practice for few days, can also use gel to reduce the pain.
