Tony Bellew's thoughts on Kovalev vs Stevenson.

Still badly want to see this fight & think Stevenson has an excellent chance of winning. I favour him in that fight.

I think stylistically it favours him but time is against him.

Before Stevenson knocked Dawson into outer space he had several guys out with the right hook & the right to the body.
He has fallen in love with his power & is a bit one handed but he has excellent speed, precision and power in that left hand and throws it with variety. He also has very educated footwork to put him into position to land it.

He's a lot better than given credit for.
His footwork and upper body movement in particular, he is pretty hard to hit clean & the guys a very good counterpuncher with excellent timing.

He is a nasty southpaw. He can fight coming forwards, going backwards, moving side to side. He has dimensions and versatility.

He is a scummy guy and has a bad wrap for ducking but he is a dangerous fight for anybody.
