u might want to check the population number of each Country, it might give u an answer...

Canada doesnt have a boxing history like those countries. The only champions that we had are from one province of Quebec (Montreal)

I'm guessing it's a popularity thing. Less gyms means less found talent. Of course this is just guesswork on my part.
