HE is the President of the United States HE is not Bill Maher that's the difference

HE used it in a context referring to the conversation. Also, he is half black, I think he understands the context, and probably has had it used on him a bunch of times.

I'm against people using it, but not if you are going to describe it in a certain way. So for example...

"Yo what up my ni66a" wouldn't be cool if he said that.

"The word ni66er shouldn't be used"

that's ok because he's speaking in the proper context.
