Since they're already heavy hitters, why use a glove with less hand protection if you already have KO no matter the glove brand/style? If someone like Tyson used Cleto Reyes' gloves then he'd have broken hands more often.

The difference is that people make up BS secret rehydration clauses to dis Pacquiao, but when PBF actually forces his opponent to wear certain gloves it's perfectly reasonable.

The difference with the DlH fight is that Floyd made a big deal about being forced to wear 10 ounce gloves in that fight, but then made the huge concession in the Pacquiao negotiations of allowing 8 ounce gloves to be worn.

It all makes complete sense.

They aren't KO gloves but the way they are designed mostly to get the best out of your power. The paddings are placed differently throughout the glove.
