They will not reinstate Karo Murat now that he has his visa (he's done nothing to deserve it anyway).
(according to reliable sources on twitter).

I think Kovalev will carry through with the Cleverly fight. Its already put together.

That's expected. The IBF would never flip flop on mandatory positions unlike some other organizations.

Kovalev-Hopkins is a much more interesting fight.

Really, you think watching Hopkins spoil and hold for the entire fight will be interesting.

It's a more intriguing matchup and a more meaningful fight, because Hopkins is an ATG great while Cleverly is a low-profile beltholder.

Kovalev-Cleverly is just a better/more entertaining fight. Kovalev can pursue Bhop afterwards.
Bhop should pursue Adonis.

Cleverly-Kovalev would be a bigger fight if Kovalev had the IBF belt.
He should fight Hopkins and pursue Cleverly afterwards.

I'd be glad to see Kovalev vs. Cleverly or Hopkins, just that it gets made this year. Kovalev has got a lot of momentum at the moment and he's dangerous to anyone he fights
