Its the weirdest thing moving the hips, you cant just move them (rotate them) by yourself, like you can easily move your bi-cep, but at the same time you kinda can with the right frame of mind, its bizzare!
Normally the hips are meant to follow the upper body and assist it, getting them to go first is unnatural but when you do boy is it powerful!
For example if you threw a grenade the way they do in the movies, you would use your upperbody arms and obliques/waist 1ST and THEN AFTER your hips would assist that mostion. This is the natural way.
But if you were able to make the exact same hip motion but 1ST before the obliques/waist, arm, and upper body the grendade would be thrown ALOT further!
