Hawkeye's there because usually theres some situation that requires a marksman. Also hes a mini- Captain America so its not just arrows that hes good at. Black Windows there for stealth missions but shes kinda redundant when you could use Hawkeye or even Cap for that.

in liked the spiderman movies, the dark knight(no one can replace heath ledger as joker), xmen were ok, daredevil sucked, fantastic 4 sucked, thor sucked, captain america was ok... i hope the avengers is good
