Ahead of guys like Meldrick taylor and vince Phillips
Lmao. Oh **** that gave me a good laugh. I guess a lot of great 140ers changed divisions or something? I gotta look through those rankings some other time. But I noticed that 36-28-11 Richie Fontaine is in the top 20 of all time @ 140, I mean he had a couple good wins but dude had a 1-11-1 run to close out his career.

It's worth noting that with the way boxrec works, you get credit for everything you've done at the division you are rated in, regardless of what division your other fights were in. Plus, you can only be rated at one division. As an example, Sugar Ray Robinson is rated #1 at Middleweight, and is not rated at WW.

To add to my last post, if some of the fighters that moved to WW moved back down to LWW, they would be rated quite high in all time of that division. Maidana would be #22ish, Bradley #10ish etc.
