Don't understand why Guerrero thinks he's worth so much, he doesn't bring any name recognition to the promotion.

Why does Guerrero deserve 2 million more than Ortiz got???

This could be why Alexander's name was even brought up in the first place. Guerrero is a damn fool if he turns this down. He's going to talk all this s**t about wanting Floyd, and when he actually gets a couple wins to put himself in position, he prices himself out??? He's worth no bigger of a guarantee than Oritz got, which was a little over 2 million.

it's not a myth floyd offered that BS, that really happened .. team pac just was'nt gonna have it and right fully so....

and truthfully , floyd fighting outside the US is all fantasy , it's bull**** ..he's too xenophobic to be fighting outside the US...

He offered 40 million flat....but you think that had Manny announced he was willing to take 45%, rather than waiting 10 months later to say so, that they wouldn't have negotiated a % split???

I'm not getting into this.....really it's been done so many times.

About the same as Ortiz seems fair, seeing as how just $1 million for Berto in his last fight. This is the oppurtunity of a lifetime. Floyd coming off a year off, partly spent in prison, appears to be slightly slipping, this is the chance Guerrero always wanted. If he turns it down, Alexander is really only other option it sounds like

It's already February 7th, there needs to be a media tour, promotional events, they need announce something relatively soon.

Well I'd still rather see Pacquiao, Bradley, and Marquez 2 before Devon. But those have no chance at happening.

To be honest it is about the principle. Look at a place like Wallmart, if you as an employee demanded more than the standard amount they'd tell you to fuck off and pick the next name on the list. 1.5 million is still a fair amount of money anyway, it'd be the equivalent of someone shaving a few grand off of your yearly salary.
