Im competing at 152lbs tomorrow and just weighed 153

    And that was right after I ate and had shorts and socks on. I never go past 154lbs as long as I am training. My trainer said I can come in at 154lbs at the weigh in. Am I good to go until my fight as far as eating comfortably? Can I even eat breakfast tomorrow morning before my weigh ins?

    check your weight when u wake up you your above 153 eat something really light then before the weigh in do some skipping so youll get some sweat off and make 153
