I would kick Ward from no.2 and put manny there. Ward is way too inactive to still be in top 3.
Heavyweights have no place on these little-guy lists.

Ring Magazine lost its credibility the moment Oscar of GBP Promotions bought it.

      It's now a promotions magazine.

Well I guess a win over the great Leapai somehow shoots you up 3 spots and manny's win over the number 3 p4p guy gets him no where in their eyes lol
It isn't that bad, there are only 2 GBP fighters on that list.

After Marquez ko'd Pacquiao I think they responded by moving Broner up to No. 6

The Ring P4P rankings have no credibility, I don't think most if the writers there have any respect for it. The transnational rankings are probably the only recognised rankings that have any merit these days - http://www.tbrb.org/all-rankings/

The ratings are voted on by experts around the world most whom are employed by other sites etc and not the Ring. So the fact ODLH owns it doesn't mean anything.

Pac beat one the best American boxers 2 times and hes not above Ward or Floyd? Pac having done this after being Ko'ed.

Wlad, Ward and Floyd haven't beaten any elite boxers recently, or even distant memory almost.

I don't think these lists really matter really. Just may make some boxers so comfortable that they think they can get away with not having to do anything out of the ordinary and coast. If Floyd can stay at no1 without having to beat Pac, or Bradley or Sergio he can continue fighting CW Canelo, Ortiz, Guerrero and Maidanas of this world.
Which isn't really a good thing in a day and age when fighters can avoid others so much.

                  Wlad's there till he loses

                    The most accurate answer here.

The Ring may be property of GBP but it still have more Top Rank fighters on the list than it has of GBP, so the bias argument is null.

Also Ward, Wlad, and Mayweather as well as Rigo who should actually be at number 4 are the most dominant in their divisions and it should reflect that. Pacquiao can not be anywhere near them due to never ever holding unified titles, let alone getting knocked out cold.

All 4 are lineal champions with Mayweather being lineal in two weight divisions at the same time. I'm surprised that there is more Top Rank fighters on the list and no Danny Garcia.
