Texas doesn't require drug testing? Interesting.

Not sure if this info has been posted here yet or if this is old news but it's kindof convenient that Texas doesn't require drug testing and honest Arum is really pushing hard for that state to license Margacheato to fight Manny the Congroidsman. A few links below regarding boxing and MMA not 'needing' testing done in Texas.

Not only is honest Arum trying to get a known cheater to fight in the states again, but have him fight Manny Pacoroids in the "drug testing free" state of Texas.

Manny the "God fearing" 'clean' honest congressman and "champion" is a total fraud. No wonder he turned down the biggest payday of his career when "Random Olympic Style Drug Testing" came up. What a sad, sick joke.
