Provodnikov is not signed to Top Rank He can fight anyone in the GBP stable that he wants now. Unfortunately, his promoter (Warrior Boxing) has aligned himself with Bob Arum and would rather see Provodnikov fight a stiff that no one has ever heard of instead of a GBP fighter.
