No one credible has him in their top 10. No one credible has Manny or Floyd in their top 10 either for that matter, as popular as that is among kids today.

Not sure about 10 best wins but he beat a prime JCC and got robbed. Talent wise he probably had the best defense

So maybe it's based more on his talent rather than record. But I would pick Whitaker to beat a lot of guys.

He was basically unbeatable until he got old. These are 10 of what I would consider to be the best wins on his resume.

Julio Cesar Chavez (that was no draw)
Oscar de la Hoya (many feel he won)
        Buddy McGirt
        Azumah Nelson
        Julio Cesar Vasquez
        Jose Luis Ramirez
        Jorge Paez
        Roger Mayweather
        Rafael Pineda
        Greg Haugen

Yep, DLH was the cash cow and the crowd went nuts everytime he completely missed his combinations.

Take those decisions in his favor (as I feel he deserves) and many people will have him on in their top 15.

Top 10 I say no. But was a great champion and defensive master.

Old is relative. He developed a drug habit that contributed to his peak ending before it's time.

By the time he fought Tito he was a shell of his former self.

This is so stupid. He might be the only fighter who gets credit for wins that he didn't actually win. He lost against JCC and ODH, get over it.
