Another strange post from you asking questions along these lines. Do some research and reading on your own instead of clogging up the board with these uninteresting questions. Punching power is part natural but every boxer needs to be taught how to correctly throw the different punches. You did not know that??????? Nobody is born instinctively knowing how to throw perfect punches. Now go away.

Once again you guys are morons...about 2-3% is genetics... Who has better genetics than Tim Bradley? He's an elite athlete...But can't punch for ****
Your physique changes as you learn to punch...The higher impact causes the muscles to become thicker and less flexible..Look at any guy like Aydin, Lucas, Lemieux,GGG... Then there is the way GGG drops his punches on his opponents rather than lifts them which gives him more power...Some of these guys lock the wrist and elbow the way Foreman did
Most guys just suck...
