Cotto was still green at the time and had serious trouble making weight, maybe had he continued to boil down to 140 the fight would've happened, I think Hatton would've won at 140 though. The toll weight making had on Cotto was very evident.
very good fight id give the slight edge to ricky tho back then at 140lbs.... ricky had a good chin,quick feet,good power and could maul you for 12 rounds i dont think 140lbs cotto would of been able to withstand the pressure, at 147lbs different fight cotto by Ko
