"""""That would be a fair comment, but if Donaire is going to add ,as you guys call it, "Roadblocks"(OST,MARCH,CHINA......ect...) isn't that a sign of ducking since Donaire is doing the opposite in trying to make the fight as you have accused Floyd of doing?""""""

OSTD is not a roadblock and rigo and mares have signed on. China has only been mentioned, not confirmed. The March date or ANY date is not originating from Donaire....he is told what is going on in negotiations and replaying that info. You mentioned Floyd. I said and just like Terry said, Vitali, Pac, and ESPECIALLY Floyd have a lot of influence in negotiations because of their status and as I said ESPECIALLY Floyd because he makes ALL his decisions which means he gets what he wants and also gets to take direct blame. He does all his negotiations which is both good and bad.....good because he says what goes and bad because people can interpret his decision and blame him.

Would it be a Roadblock by Donaire if Rigo and Mares were not signed on to it, or would the Roadblock be regarded as coming from the fighters refusing it?

Lets be clear, Donaire request of OST was not a mutual request since Donaire demanded it before Rigo, or Mares knowledge of it!

First of all a roadblock is based on a tangible and Donaire ASKED - as in REQUESTED it - not demand it and both Mares and Rigo agreed. Not agreeing would have put the spotlight on them as it did on Pac. Any scenario other than the current one is not applicable because demands and denials have not been made, nor their projected outcome. A roadblock only counts when something is currently blocked. It is a moot point. A waste of time that would be better spent watching the front lawn grow or something more exciting than that, not dwelling on "what-if" scenarios. What-if scenarios should be who wins and how when two fighters fight. Not guessing Chess Game moves when no one knows what the sequence of choices will produce.

Hold up. Are you saying that Donaire would fight anyone even if they refused OST?!!!!

Why don't you ask Donaire directly?!! Who knows how he would react but the fact is he is asking, not demandng.....take that any way you prefer but unless or until there is a counter move, which at this time there is not, again, it is a moot point. Are you that bored right now? Day off with nothing else to do? Maybe someone will ask Donaire if he would have demanded. I think just Donaire asking, it would have looked bad on Mares or Rigo if one or both had declined. Donaire could have said "No, then there will be no fight" or he could have said "I'm doing OSTD's and Fighter name___________refused but since I did not make it a requirement for the fight, I will still fight. And the public would have turned against whoever declined. Check with a Psychic if you need an immediate answer. Maybe they can tell you how Donaire would have responded. Only one or two ways and anyone who thinks they know exactly how Donaire would respond is speculating....unless they are a good psychic.

Pretty old video. These promoters know their **** and know what their fighters are capable of. Didn't he call Rigo chinny in that video and at the same time said Donaire can't beat him? Pretty sad...
