My older brother bought it for the Formula 1 game. He saved up money working in Burger King part-time.

There was a demo with the Playstation that had Tekken 2 on it. I was hooked, but couldn't afford to buy it. So I got the first Tekken instead, but we didn't have a memory card, so every time I unlocked a new fighter it never saved

Of course, we got a memory card eventually ... and Tekken 2.

I got my PS1 for christmas

It came with 5 games...tomb raider...premier league manager or whtever...n 3 others

I remember when my sister said pick a game for xmas...n I just randomly picked metal gear solid...never heard anything about it before

ended up being 1 of the best games ever..

Also remember wen i got a cheat thing for the back..n u put a spring in it....and i could play all copied games...and my friends chiense games etc

Hell yes! I loved those games. Beat the first three. Never played the Omega Strain. Probably my favorite game of all time.

Symphony of the Night is one of the greatest 2-D side scrollers of all time. The gameplay and soundtrack are just badass. I even liked the corny dialog. "What is a man? A miserable little pile of secrets."
