Possibly not, although I suppose it doesn't really matter as much in boxing as it would in a team sport. If you were a member of a team and pretended to be 20 when you're really in the prime of your career, other teams would try to sign you on a bigger contract for more money, etc. You don't really gain any advantages by lying about age in boxing.
