Any computer programmers here?

im at uni to get my computing engineering degree...im not super good yet tho....still got a year left to go....and even then, i think all these maths i learned were not necessary for most forms of programming....my bro is already working in the field(computer science)...and he says when i finish, hell give me a 2 month course that will prepare me better for the market than 4 years of uni, lol....Java is definitely my favorite language...
