Its not win-win for Mick Hennessy.

Yeah I got the impression he had no interest in the fight. From that video it sounded to me like there hadn't even been negotiations.

Fury was due to announce his fight on June 8th but never did, I suspect he may have been Wlad's back-up plan if the Povetkin deal fell through on June 7th.

It's win-win for Fury even if he loses he gets exposure and a huge payday. The more vulnerable he looks the more other HWs are willing to face him after that.

Now on the other hand if he wins...

Fury already is vulnerable and therefore I seriously doubt that any decent heavyweight is afraid to fight him. You are also consistently making excuses for him losing so you obviously believe he is very vulnerable as well.
