yea pretty late
but anyway Tyson Fury would be doing a huge favour to himself if he decided to go to the gym inbetween fights just to lose some bodyfat and build muscle
Would improve his longevity in the sport and most certainly improve his performance in the ring
Hes honestly letting himself down, hes a great talent but is just lazy to educate himself on a proper nutrition and weight training
I remember watching him doing a deadlift, he literally had no idea what he was doing. He lifted 400-500lbs with his back with no hamstring/glute involvement, hes just asking to snap his back up. Isnt he complaining a bad back already?
