I have no idea why she/it even comes here. She knows she's just going to say "I win again" over and over, no matter what is said.

Yes, it's either a mental condition or she is a young and very insecure child.

I told her to take a Debate class/course if she likes "winning" so much. That's what happens in those courses, they compete under rules with judges and there is a winner and loser. She refused to compete in real life. Not surprising.
