Nobody needs so many rooms with sofas and tv's it's just a waste of space even for a billionaire, just make the other rooms bigger instead.

There's nothing like having your own huge place/palace especially of you're a celebrity.

It's like living in your own world when traveling and being in public places for any length of time might be prohibitive to some.

In the past I also never understood why they would want such a huge mansion but now I see why they do.

Most celebrities might feel claustrophobic in a small home.

One reason is a large home with many rooms allows for quiet/private areas, particularly if there's a large family living there as well.
