TOP RANK trying to get chavez jr to sign contract extension in order to fight on 16th

    Most of these guys can't afford proper representation and when they can Arum probably pays off their lawyers. Glad to see Chavez is being a man about his business maybe he will continue to man up and fight Sergio.
    I believe that both Donaire and Pacquiao happily signed the contract extensions, they were not tricked in to it or anything.

      Imagine how pissed Arum would be if Jr left him and went with Golden Boy, I think we'd get Canelo-Chavez Jr and see him finally get tested with other good fighters.

        Which begs the question, what did Top Rank propose to make Donaire sign on the dotted line?

        imo. I think they were going to feed Gamboa to Donaire.

              I don't know, but Donaire was first shopping around, even entertained to go to GBP. I think there was even news that Donaire signed with GBP.
