What Battle? One guy filed a Lawsuit out of fear of the future of his Promotion only to find out that the guy you're suing is really not the problem especially since HBO has clearly cutting back from Top Rank all together and have been showing Arum FIGHTERS less and less and leaving his fighters out of the budget going on 2 years in a row now so he has to force PPV's on the fans because HBO don't have the budget for him

Yeah Arum has big problems but Haymon and PBC is not one of them. Peter Nelson is Phasing the old man out at HBO CLEARLY so by Dropping that Lawsuit maybe that open things up to get back on Showtime and maybe Showtime will put up enough money For Walters vs Loma in which Walters will be happy and the fight will go on!

A modern-day business structure is centered around building mutually beneficial symbiotic relationships..... Arum 1960's business-model consists of lying, cheating, and taking advantage of everyone you can, even if you have to burn a few bridges to do it.

He will be gone very soon, and Todd DuBoef is much better to deal with than Bob Arum is..... this may sound weird..... but Top Rank are not in a healthy position right now, and something needs to change quickly if they are to remain at the top of the sport.... in my opinion, Bob Arum will never change so Todd needs to take over the reins pretty quickly..... Top Ranks future could depend on how long Arum hangs around.

So they agreed to dismiss the lawsuits with prejudice which In legalise means that they can't bring the suit ever again based on the same allegations.
