The writer himself said he is not sure about Floyd, his article was more to do with USADA and GBP, but Pacfarts only ran with the Floyd rumor.

The story has way to many holes and no paperwork, no results, just a man peddling garbage. A real journalist would provide evidence, documents, names and not question the strength of his own story.
