i would assume the cargo inside became loose, Fell to the back which would be why the nose rose sharply. loss of upward momentum and it came crashing down.

This is what happened, it was carrying vehicles and the equipment malfunctioned throwing off center of gravity.

I think it was taking a steeper angle for take off too because of the location which didnt help the pilots chances of getting control.
