First of all Cotto is being told what weight to come in. So their are restrictions. Why sweat off 2lbs (32oz) if you don't have to. And if Roach wants the title on the line then eliminate the catch weight, and as for the WBO if they sanction the fight at the the catch weight then they are as corrupt as Arum for standing behind Margarito on the plaster scandal.
