The division is pretty terrible at this stage.

This exactly.They seem content on fighting bums.

No idea where its weak comes from.
Mchunu, Makabu, Chakhkiev, Hernandez, Huck, Kudryashov, Lebedev, Dorticos, Usyk and so on, its a loaded division full of skilled punchers.

Maybe fans see the likes of Cleverly, Bellew, McKenzie wrongfully ranked in the top 10 or there about and assume its much weaker than it is. In truth they are not top 20 all the above K.O them with ease and many more.
