I enjoy watching fighters with unusual styles or abilities.

For example, Pernell Whitaker with his slippery body movement.

Naseem Hamed with his sniper punches from unexpected angles.

Julian Jackson with his heavyweight power in a middleweight body.

Gary Russell Jr. with his blinding handspeed, combinations and flurries.

As a Valero fan, I often cheer on power punchers and knockout artists.

As long as neither man holds it's generally much easier on the eyes, not saying I'd watch Garcia-Burgos over and over,

but if we had more fights like Toney-McCallum.......

My favorite is when a classic boxer isn't great enough to completely outbox a swarmer so he gets work done. Perfect example is Lara - Angulo . This is my favorite stylistic matchup .

Fights where one punch can end the fight, and high speed chess matches.

I love seeing the puncher get closer each round by making a little adjustments as the fight goes on.

                Eventually, hurting the boxer.

Then, urgency in the boxer's face and body language.

It doesn't matter what their skill level is. An evenly matched bout is generally much more entertaining than watching a card full of 1st and 2nd round knockout mismatches................ Rockin'
