Is Khan the Number 1 Jr. Welterweight If Bradley Goes Through with the DUCK?

Now that Bradley appears to have truly ducked the Khan fight, isn't it fair to say that Khan is the legitimate number 1 jr. welterweight now? If the tables were turned, and Khan had ducked Bradley then I'd consider Bradley the reigning number 1 but the reality is it's the other way around so Khan deserves our acknowledgment as the NEW #1 Jr. Welterweight.

It's about time Boxrec updated their listings to reflect this new reality that we ALL deep down know is the truth, regardless of your patriotic allegiances that make you automatically defend Bradley's cowardly actions just because he's an American. I bet if Khan was American too EVERYONE would vote yes in the above poll.

The thing people don't realize is that if Khan-Bradley doesn't get made for July 23rd, we will not see the fight happening this year or even worse, it might not ever happen.
