              • Ok ok don’t make this fun the brief definition of glass jaw is “A fighting vulnerability where one is easily knocked out via a single hard blow to the chin or jaw”. In short “ a limited 'ability' to absorb blows to the jaw or chin.” While there is another jaw in our mouth near our teeth if you want to learn about this jaw then go to the dentist

                  • A huge part of not getting dropped is knowing that the shot is coming. A guy getting dropped does not neccesarily mean that he has a glass jaw, he might not have expected the shot. Which means that his brain had no time to brace for the shot. The eyes, once they see it (you might not even realize that you see it) the brain readies for impact.

These shots, that might not have even been that hard, will leave you stunned.

Have you ever heard that the ones that get you are the ones you didn't see coming?

James Toney had a great chin, along with skill. He fought everybody and was never stopped.

I believe that all of the sparring that he did prepared his body and his minds eye as to what comes next in a fight.

He was always sparring, keeping those eyes sharp.

You have to see that the shot coming in..............Rockin'
