I remember every single channel in America was covering her death. I wasn't even 9 yet so I didn't really know who she was.

Looking back at it now, it's very surprising that America dedicated all that attention to an English woman. I don't understand why their is so much respect for Kings/Queens/Princes/Princesses in the UK. What have they done to earn this distinction? Birth right, nobility, all that shit is nonsense.
