Watching grass grow or snow fall seems more productive than sitting through Test cricket.

    Yeah, hopefully he gets better.

As a fellow cricket fan and participant one who enjoyed fast bowling, I would firstly like to say rest in peace Phil Hughes, a great player.

Secondly I'd suggest people take it easy on Abbot, bowling is a part of the sport it was done accidentally and with no intent to seriously hurt Hughes.

I don't know this sport but I have read people discussing this and some have said that sometimes the bouncer will aim the ball at the man, supposedly as a form of strategy. I could be way off here but if that's true then I don't know how you can't put any blame on Abbot.

R.I.P. to Hughes it's very sad. I saw the heart breaking video where he's turning purple while on the stretcher(again some people are putting blame on the medics who didn't do a proper job at the scene).

Do they not have HD in Australia? It seems to skip in each vid in OP's post. How fast can the object thrown go?

RIP. Always sad to see athletes hurt.
