I don't understand why the Colts just called time out after they blocked that field goal. That was so stupid and it gave the Texans a chance to kick another one and they did and they scored. Dumb, bone-headed move. I still think the Colts are gonna win handily though.

Was it an "ice the kicker" situation? Where they were calling the timeout prior to the kick? Or did they call the TO after they blocked it?
