"NAWASA juice" = oldtimer slang for tap water.
Back in the late 50's to mid 70's, "NAWASA" was the Philippines'
National Water and Sewerage Authority. When the entity called
'Metro Manila' was created (to give Imelda Marcos a "province"
to govern), the present MWSS, or Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, came into being.
If your GF is into citrusy mixed drinks, try Gladiators.Last edited by horge; 06-26-2012, 03:09 PM.

sayang late na ko nakabasa nito. kahit walang okasyon, you can try:
"Lakas Tama"
in a pitcher( do this in order)
Fill at least 1/4 of the pitcher size with Emperador (brandy)
Fill at least 1/4 of the pitcher size with Red Horse (strong beer)
Fill the remaining 1/2 of the pitcher size with Coke (cola)
Put a big chunk of ice in a small glass before pouring (probably a 200 to 300ml glass/cup)
The interesting thing here is that you will not smell the alcohol at all (or probably just a very very very faint hint of alcohol).
It tastes good!
For a group of 4, and at moderate chugging/drinking speed, I just don't know if you can finish a second pitcher!
Enjoy!
Oh, and do give me feedback if you ever try this. =)

Mojitos are always ang sarap sarap.
Rum (preferably Bacardi)
Lemonade
Mint and sugar with lots of ice
Mixed in a pitcher and goes down a treat.....refreshing to drink in the heat.
