As far as I can find, the casino was originally named Country Crossing, and after a month in operation it was raided and closed for a year then reopened under it's new name, under the eye and attendance of the local police. They brought in (likely leased) 600 new bingo machines. The place is a bingo joint, and the machines are always closely examined to make sure they aren't slots. Only traditional bingo allowed and ALL the money must go to the local churches who are the only other place allowed to have bingo. Seems to be a lot of local politics there.

Thd guy Gilley who runs Gilley Entertainments and also is involved with Entertainment Development 2, owns the liquor licence which likely is the only asset of value, but of no use with the place closed, and likely to be permanent.
He and 9 others were charged with illegal gambling, and he turned State Witness. The other 9 are being tried, perhaps already in hock or in gaol.

Only a born fool would lend real money to a place like that, a charity already once closed by the police, and under their eye all the time. He was scammed, thought he would be picking up multi-millions......

floyd got Gamed.....Scammed...pretty obvious here...those lending terms are ridiculous and no legit business person creates terms that outrageous. he got scammed and will get Nothing now - i've see the same or similar type of scam time and time again in penny stocks...bankrupt means Floyd is very low, if not last on the list of all of the defunct company's creditors
