Weighted Jump Rope, or Wrist Weights

None, I never used added weight when working the wrist! Different hand posotions for pushups and pullups etc does the trick. Work rotation up using a lightweight on a rope attached to a stick. Roll up roll down, fast or slow different height with your hands. Extended rope length off the ring apron etc.
I never liked adding stress to wrist, ankles, neck you can get all the strengthing you need with adding some force as opposed to adding weight. Ray.
