Felt bad for Amir when they told him 70% of Sky followers had Peterson winning the fight, no wonder he sometimes thinks Britain is against him.

and the 2nd kd, peterson was going down because of balance but he could have just fell on the ropes (that would have kept him from receiving a kd)
it was khans elbow that made sure peterson went down. thats why even the 2nd kd is debatable............
As for the ropes, if the ropes hold you up, then it is a kd anyway.

BTW it depends on that individual commissions rules........& many judges don't count backing up on the ropes as a KD unless the guy was noticeably hurt & nearly out of it. a slip to the ropes or darting backwards off balance towards the ropes is RARELY counted as a KD.
& if a elbow is used (which khan used to push peterson down) a warning should have been issued let alone a KD for peterson.
this is why the 2nd KD is VERY debatable.Last edited by americanbot; 12-15-2011, 06:56 PM.

Jim Watt should have been on the panel for this, he's the only one who was unbiased enough to talk about the holding and pushing. Perhaps he would have skipped the ass-kissing of Khan and would have actually pressed on why he didn't listen to the numerous warnings he received.
Regarding the KD's; the first was a trip, the second was a push.

It's been while now and Khan's still not manned up and taken this loss properly.
Seriously disapointed in his attitude and lack of addressing anything, that's even slightly negative on him, no matter how obvious.
There was one knock down, and some of his pushes were out of line.
To not even accept any one of those things the slightest bit, is a sign Khan has serious issues accepting criticism.
It's likely his biggest weakness now because he's not accepting, let alone addressing clear mistakes.
Was growing to like him, especially as when winning he's shown better form in attitude.
But this has put me off him. Grow up and admit your as much disapointed you fouled and didn't perform well enough lad, it's not hard.

Looks like an idiot on here. Saw it earlier.
How many times are they going to say "He should have given Amir a final warning but he didn't"
He did give him a final warning!

It's right there, Peterson's leg clearly got tangled with the ref's, for him to say the first knock down was clearer than the second is insane. Fact is, Khan was awarded a knock down, one he didn't deserve. He should stop complaining, only guy he's lying to is himself. Just so much bitterness coming from this guy

Seem to remember Johnny Nelson saying post fights the deductions were fair yet when Amir was going off on his tirade today not a word from him
