I almost got 5 years for rape because this girl "hated" me for no reason.

You don't need to do stupid **** to get arrested, all you need is a pretty white girl who hates you to scream rape and you're in the slammer. Especially if you're black or hispanic like myself.

To answer OPs question, if I was ever in that position I'd just do the time and get out on good behavior.
